Over the course of 12 weeks, The comprehensive programme will guide THB Finishers through the entire hairdressing process, from perfecting consultations to mastering the art of colour correction. With a focus on hands-on learning, Finishers will gain valuable practical experience and confidence in cutting and colouring techniques, enabling them to create stunning looks and post them with pride on social media.

In this module, THB Finishers will develop a deep understanding of the science and techniques behind hair coloring, enabling them to colour with confidence and consistently achieve superior results which the clients will love!
THB Finishers will learn the key principles of colour theory, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the why’s behind every formula, so you never have an unexpected colour result again!
Through hands-on learning and expert guidance, they will also learn to identify and avoid common mistakes, allowing you to work smarter, not harder.
By the end of this module, THB Finishers will be able to confidently and independently create customised hair colour formulas, based on a deep understanding of the science of colour theory, and avoid common mistakes, leading to consistently superior results.
Cutting with Confidence: Mastering precision and customisable techniques for all haircuts.
In this module, THB Finishers will gain an in-depth understanding of precision cutting techniques for all haircuts, enabling you to cut with confidence and skill. THB Finishers will learn how to perfect pixies, nail a base line, and refine graduation, with a focus on mastering the angles and techniques required for precise, high quality cutting.

How much is the programme?
The cost is £1500.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes we offer 2 payment plans – pay in full or in 3 monthly payments.
How long is this programme?
This is a 12 week programme that is delivered once a week and each module per month.
Can I do if I have only just qualified?
Absolutely, this is a perfect programme for anyone who has just completed their level 2.
Will this be online or in salon?
We would say this is best for in person however there we have made it possible for online learning too.
Will there be a test at the end?
Yes there will be an assessment if you would like to claim the CPD accreditation and each module will have a workbook to accompany the learning.
What will be included?
You will receive all the work books and handouts, a goodie bag, block head.
What product range will you be using?
You will be using Goldwell products however this is a brand neutral course.
Will there be models?
Yes there will be models supplied however you are welcome to supply your own as long as skin test for colour or a block head will be supplied.
What happens if I miss a day?
If you miss a day through illness or anything you can catch up on another cohort, you can just fill in on the session that is missed
What equipment will I need?
You will need your own combs and scissors, any of your favourite tools. All colouring and styling tools and equipment will be supplied.
Do I have to pay in full for the programme?
No we are offering a payment plan should you need it.
What happens when the programme is over?
You will have the option to join our Academy Knowledge Facebook Hub group where you can get support ask questions and continue to learn. The THB Academy believes in community and development.
Does the course cost include the cost of any products I will use in practical sessions?
Yes all products are included.
